1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Contexo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Contexo provides a platform for businesses to create, customize, and embed AI-powered chatbots based on their own uploaded documents and data (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all data, documents, and content you upload to train your chatbot agents. You agree not to upload:

• Highly sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) without proper consent.
• Copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to use.
• Malicious code or content intended to exploit the AI service.

4. Service Level & Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time. Free tier inactive bots may be automatically deleted after 14 days of inactivity as per our pricing terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Contexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
